At what cost? I almost lost my family and I was very unhappy working hard. I was forced to start looking at my mindset and to start working smart. since hiring a management consultant, not only has my mindset changed but we are bringing on better and better business tools and strategies. And a better business blueprint. We went from three part-time employees to 20 full-time employees. we are producing better work faster. Productivity is up morale and efficiencies are up. We are starting to do efficiency studies on the job site and the office. My goal is to grow my company is to $5 million. Part of the strategy Is to surround me with brilliant business owners. So far I’ve met some very successful business owners at my networking events. #10Xnetworking #10XCEOclub I have met some very successful contractors and business owners that travel seven or eight months of the year on holidays while their businesses work for them. They travel to 38 countries every few years surfing and playing beach volleyball while their companies work for them.
