Presentation of prestart meetings and ensuring all permits, JHA’s and pre start cards are audited and adhere to contractual requirements. Attending subcontractors meetings with Main Contractors, Senior Management and relaying progress forecasting, production and strategic planning. Ensuring clear communication between the contractor and all employees, mentoring and counselling of employees ensuring they are preforming at their best within their capability and reaching their potential for career development. Undertaking office work including Document Control using the Acconex system and BIM 360 which is used for communicating quality control of all finishes. BIM 360 is also used to document issues between the main contractor the state government and ourselves, all issues having to be addressed, photographed and posted back on to BIM 360 to be inspected and removed from the register.
