Take over a school that had been in special measures and re establish it as a high quality school. Then set up and lead the formation of a brand new Academy in a purpose built building. Lead this school to a sucessful future.

Lead a school in very challenging circumstances to record examination results, exceptional levels of attendance and pupil behaviour. This resulted in the school being named as the 24th most improved school in the country and gaining a special government achievement award.I helped plan a new school under the innovative 'Building Schools of the Future Programme'.
