Receiving , sorting and dealing with client online enquiries for debt advice in a fast-paced environment with weekly targets, I would build a case with clients including doing an income & expenditure and a credit search. Once completed I would send their plan to the chosen Insolvency practitioner. I would also signpost clients to other needed organisations that I felt where more suitable to the clients circumstances if required. This would make sure that regardless of what plan that was offered to the client they were on their next step to a brighter debt free future.

I work towards set targets cold calling members of the public asking fact finding questions to determine if the customer has a debt, If the customer is in debt and fit a certain criteria I pass the customer on as a lead where our development manager then works out a payment plan the customer is happy to agree with, this lead is then passed on to a field sales rep who will visit the customer to get all the documents signed giving the customer a lot of weight off their mind relieving financial stress and hardship. I have consistently hit all my targets and have been a top seller achieving the salesman of the quarter award within the business.

I joined the outbound B2B sales team my responsiblitys include making outbound calls to prospective customers to acquire new business for their gas and electricity contracts. I worked towards sales targets mainly individually Again consistently achieving all targets within my job role. I also spent six weeks helping with back logged complaints that had past eight weeks therefor sorting the next stage of the complaint in this case passing ombudsman details on to customers.

My role included dealing with a wide range of financial problems and challenges, providing free and independent advice to customers in need for financial help while also developing a solid reputation for quality of service and advice as well as a level of care and expertise giving all my customers there first step to a brighter future. Due to my success on the phones I was asked to manage a team while coaching and supporting other agents within the business I also had a hand in recruitment and data management.
