Coaching and leading sales teams at duopolies in both Mobile, AL(WPMI/WJTC) and also Pensacola, FL (WEAR/WFGX) I worked with them to be successful, fully integrated, multiplatform, client focused solutions providers to our target prospects and existing business partners. Working with 20+ sales persons daily to execute more detailed needs analysis meetings that resulted in shorter sales cycles and higher close ratios, enabling our sellers and teams to achieve/exceed budgeted revenue goals.With many years experience working in multiple markets with a myriad of advertisers and businesses, a meeting with my team promises very specific, customized solutions designed to provide you and your business a defined and targeted return on investment (ROI). Decades of experience in varying markets and different ownerships, starting as Account Executive in 1994 and developing as National Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager and General/Director of Sales Manager prior to moving to Digital Sales/Management. I have had the benefit of working with and learning from terrific mentors at each turn.
