Current•Defined a new data model for how we quantify our clients from Customer – Account – Operational Accounts. Leading to a better understanding of who we contract with and our overall exposure. •Subject matter expert working with IT to implement Global Markets Data Mart “EPP” which is supported by Informatica. •Leveraged the use of Mastered Data to implement a more accurate onboarding tool.•Initiated discussions with stake holders both internal and external, translated what was said into action items, while working to implement a client solutions tool in Appian. Creating a data lineage that could feed proprietary systems. •Working to develop and implement a new structure for the client solutions team. Inclusive of static data accuracy, client related inquires and service Lead to the implementation of a robust client services tool which advanced accuracy and efficiency and created a quicker time to market.•Reviewed process’ to improve efficiency across operations and onboarding teams. Removing Silos thus creating a more fungible group of employees.
