Results were as follows:• Guided the Company’s technical accounting during a period in which annual revenues increased from $296M (2002) to ~ $900M (2007), and the valuation of the Company increased from $164M (private company) to ~ $3B (NYSE listed).• Finalized purchase accounting treatment of the private equity/management buyout which occurred in July, 2002 and other acquisitions in future years including the valuation, purchase price allocation, and opening balance sheet audit. Addressed any accounting treatment items, valuation and presented to the Board of Director’s Independent Audit Committee the results of our accounting treatment. Managed the $800 million international acquisition of a competitor which closed November, 2006.• Worked extensively with the Company’s outside auditors to complete the three year audit for inclusion in the Company’s Form S-1 and continue to implement technical accounting practices at the Company.• Guided the company through IPO and SEC comment responses, including to the valuation of the company, stock option accounting, valuations of equity, and presentation of pro forma profitability measures.
