Investigate and troubleshoot a range of complicated technical/networking support issues via phone or email, while providing constant contact with end users/vendors to assure good customer care. Document any new information or troubleshooting methods for future issues via internal wiki and ticketing system. Design, test, and bake custom organic flavors of creme brulees for local restaurants, while using local organic ingredients to help promote the local economy.

Took inventory of products for multiple locations, including the Philadelphia Airport and Wilmington, DE Christiana Hospital. Managed several stores within the Philadelphia and Wilmington area. Taught bakers proper corporate baking procedures, counted and managed money for multiple store locations, and coached new crew members on proper corporate procedures.

Worked at a Dental office rectifying and problems with Windows computers, troubleshot printers, phones and networking, helped with ordering of new components or computers, built computers when needed, troubleshot networking issues among all the computers at the location, set up some of the networking at the location, worked directly with the Dr. and office manager to ensure proper functionality of hardware and software, virus removal, updated computers, backed up information, in the process of building a server pc for the office so they can access files from remote. Even though I moved to a different state I sometimes still consult with the Dr. or office manager about anything technical related at the business.

Started as an intern fro College credit, but was hired on full-time because the Chef liked my work ethics. Helped prepare food for events, in charge of dessert station and salad station during evening shifts, made sure everything was stocked for orders, helped with inventory, trained new employees on the standard the Chef wanted, helped create menu items for members enjoyment, created delicious combinations for crudites for members consumption and worked with managers on event planning. Also, on occasion would help the Chef or managers with pc related issues when the computers acted up.

Dispatching drivers to locations to pick up containers, help fix any trucks that were broken, run a route with a couple of drivers to help them out, run the office on certain days, collect money from customers, close out routes every day, fix any pc related issues and helped with employment process.
