Responsibilities:-Working with a team to develop, implement, and manage software and processes that serve toincrease both the efficiency and transparency of daily operations on client accounts. This includesdesigning, programming, implementing, and managing the company’s primary operations platform fromscratch.-Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the LeadBaller Affiliate Program, which involvescreating the commission structure, designing the contract template, and improving the transparency ofprogram benefits for the affiliates.-Working with the finance department to identify and eliminate wasteful expenditures, develop quarterlyP/L projections and goals, and implement the strategies required to meet those goals.Impact:-Our main operations platform consolidated all operations and client services, thus increasing both theefficiency and transparency of our operations as a whole.-Manual data entry and analyses were highly streamlined.-Data integrity increased exponentially.-Client satisfaction rose significantly because of the increased availability of specific statistics pertainingto the success of their accounts (i.e., leads generated, calls booked, total revenue earned through ourservices, etc.).
