As a RN/NP with a decade of experience I have learned that teamwork, leading with integrity, and putting the patient first lead to great outcomes, not only with patients but other colleagues as well. I have been shaped into the nurse I am today, not only from experience, but also from the education I received at Mount Carmel. I have been told by patients I am a great nurse, leader, and teacher. I approach every situation with a smile. My upbeat, hard working personality makes me a great fit to be a nurse. I have been able to receive awards for my educational excellence, special recognition for my team work and ability to “jump in” and help without question, and have had a patient submit a letter to hospital administration about my high level of care. I am a well rounded individual who can learn fast and be a leader. All things in life come with obstacles. I am ready to push through those obstacles and create a better healthcare industry for patients and healthcare workers.
