I was born and raised on a farm in Northeast Colorado. All of my job experience up to 2008 has been in the farming and cattle industry. I started my career in the industrial manufacturing field in 2008 and have been in different areas of the field since my start. Worked in Combine manufacturing plant were I was moved to a Lead after 3months. I had to learn every position in the plant so I could mentor and train new workers. I filled in when needed and had to retain the knowledge for all positions since I never knew when I would be needed in a position from welding,painting,various assembly positions, mechanic, final quality inspection and touch up before combines were sent to dealership or customer. I worked in Rubber manufacturing plant I was assigned a lead position in less then 6 months. Assign and over see production crews, operate injection and compression mold presses, QC inspection of parts, then moved to shipping and receiving department were I received raw materials and put parts orders together for shipment . packing and labeling parts and entering shipping and receiving inventories. I then moved into the gypsum manufacturing. I started as a raw material operator then I was trained as a plant master utility. I had to learn every job involved in the gypsum mine production. I fill in at any position on any shift as needed. I supervise crews and lead pre-shift safety meetings. I enter data into company operating system, train employees on safe and effective operation of equipment.
