Oversee the MEBS Accommodations and manage the whole spectrum of Property management for Kuwait.* To understand and provide apartments as per the requirement of the US contractors POC* Identifying new buildings /apartments, offices and warehouses and coordinating with Property Managers/ Landlords.* Overlook the Apartment’s Maintenance and housemaid issues.* Procure rates from the local market for RFQ received from US Contractors.* Do the check in and check out of the clients from the apartment.* Maintain an update monthly records of all the apartments after client check in and check out.* Maintain an excel sheet of all the properties with their rates and amenities in the North and South region of Kuwait. Also update the sheet as and when new properties are been identified as per company standards.* Negotiate Lease rental rates with Landlord/Property managers depending on the tenure of the lease.* Walk through of the apartments with the property managers and check on the quality of the apartment and advise if there is any changes needs to be done before collecting the keys to the apartments.* Coordinate with the company legal department in regards with apartment contracts and providing legal notices to the property manager in terms of Termination/Revocation of apartments.* Look after the disbursement of monthly lease cheques to the various Property Manager.
