1. Driver the new product development programs from Concept to mass production. success in terms of time to market, cost and quality. 2. lead a cross functional teams: Contract Manufacturer, T2 suppliers and marketing, procurement, R&D, SCM and quality etc. to solve all related project issues, optimize design for cost, Quality and Manufacturing (DFX).3. Risk managements. To maximize design feasibility and complete all tasks on time on spec.4. Chair the project milestones/gates meeting with top management team to ensure the new products to be manageable and achieve the defined target.5. Driver CM to setting up the new production line, include the trial run arrangement, materials planning, negotiate prices, lead time, manufacturing jigs and fixtures etc. 6. Document the product development files as the database, all related functions: Marketing, R&D, quality, supplier chain, manufacturing, financial, procurement etc. 7. Products maintaining during the total product lifecycle.8. Support on the product portfolio/AOP activities.9. manage a win-win relationship and supports from suppliers/CM.

Manage the project daily activities and cross function to solve the problems and conflict. 5. Be responsible for the new project cost, quality, schedule, and business case.6. Interface with CM/OEM about the NPI activities to make sure product to be cost effective and manufacturable. leading the beta and PP build with CM. Include materials planning, manufacturing line setting up to ensure implement mass production as requirement.7. Maintain products and components information up to date, leading to solve the critical problems/compliant from Client or field failure.
