Key responsibilities:Design:• Design, development and maintenance of custom websites including e- commerce, static, and content management systems that are responsive and functional for a large portfolio of clients.• Design of online marketing components such as display ads for pay per click campaigns, social media ads and professional social media pages, and email marketing template design.• Print design to include print ads, flyers, brochures, complete business branding, large company newsletters.• Digital sign design & layout• Client meetings to identify goals, functionality desired and obtain essential information needed to design a new site, site re-design or print project.• Custom code website from scratch in .NET and .php• Design custom templates/themes for DNN, CS-cart, X-Cart and WordPress.• Handle customer support requests for client websites, emails etc.• Industry and competitive research to develop collateral to assist clients in achieving their goals• Supply price quotes and estimates to sales for work orders and new projects.• Establish and maintain a realistic timeline and schedule for project deadlines and completion.Server / IT:• Basic site setup on company servers (Parallels & Plesk)• CMS/ecommerce set up/installs such as WordPress, DNN, X-cart, CS-Cart• Database management (primarily MYSQL)• SSL installs and renewals (primarily in Parallels & Plesk)• Domain management (DNS, nameserver edits) pointing domains to company server. Done in either the registrar account or company servers• Client email set up, management and support (using smartermail)• Minor IT diagnosis and maintenance.

Key responsibilities: Management of the subscription based website. Project Manager for web design, handled all communication and gave instruction to developers of company website Technical Advisor handled purchasing company computers and various items that assisted in the growth of the company. Billing Manager handled payment for new subscriptions, collecting past due fees and various other Account Receivable duties. Customer Service including answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting any issues.
