• Inbound and Outbound trailer scheduling/dispatch for CA and NC warehouse• Retrieve full truck load quotes and LTL quotes to ship using the most reliable and cost-efficient method• Set delivery appointments via email/phone• Track transit/delivery time• Schedule expedited deliveries shipping via (AIR, Time Critical, Team Drivers)• Email customers order updates (Ready date, ship date)• Order processing/waving • Create BOL(s) and export documents• Register Ecomm orders on customer portals for routing instructions• Email/Call customers to seek approval to back order items not in stock to allow partial shipments• Assign the warehouse daily assignments based on volume and pickup times• Work with claims department and customers to schedule returns• Schedule weekly inspection of product with the warehouse• Maintain outbound spreadsheet of orders shipped from CA and NC warehouse • Order invoicing• Attend management meetings to provide daily/weekly shipping plans

• Supervise and manage shipping/receiving • Order waving• Assign loaders and receivers their daily assignments• Work closely with customer services representatives to prioritize loading/receiving for daily/weekly goals and customer demands• Keep daily loading plan up to date (Spread sheet with all loading details)• Audit all hazardous documentations to ensure there are no segregation issues• Audit loading paperwork for accuracy• Update business applications (FCL, YMS, C2C, IOMS, AS400) with shipping data• Dispatch loaded containers• Maintain yard pool (Request containers/trailers from various carriers for export)• Maintain inbound log for live trailers/dropped trailers/containers• Manage receiving and assign receivers their loads• Assist on the floor when needed (load, unload, receive, put-away, cycle count. audits)• Manage the yard hostler (Coordinate yard moves for shipping/receiving)
