A background reaching into many industries from engineering, projects, drilling, manufacturing, transport, through to consumer facing organisations and for several years now, the disability and aged care sector, I have broad thinking approach to problem solving. I have good experience in B2C and B2B scenarios. It has been humbling to deal with all sized organisations and also peak bodies and see them progress.For several years I have been increasingly aware of the need to connect different specialist skill teams and build collaboration between suppliers who formerly had an approach of "we don’t speak with potential competition". The ultimate outcome should always be to provide a solution to the end client, a client who is often shared by several service companies. I have seen the need for collaboration and a coordinated approach to achieving outcomes for organisations across so many sectors.Building strategic partnerships and fostering communication has led to real world innovations. I hope to be a catalyst for positive change within organisations that can often be often "change resistant".Establishing senior and C-level relationships between organisations and the innovators is not just an enjoyable day at work, it is also a privilege as we share insights, experience, and vision. Ultimately achieving more than any could achieve on their own.I value working with large organisations but also the smaller ones, where the management is hands on, and directly connected with their people. Sharing the lessons and truths from both large and little helps us all grow and be better at what we do.
