Maxcare was a private sales network for French and Bulgarian holiday investment properties that were bought by Irish and UK investors between 2005 and 2008. The properties were typically financed by home banks using equity release. The network consisted of roughly 10,000 members. My objective was twofold. First was to try ensure fair and sustainable rental incomes on each of the properties listed and second was to negotiate and achieve the highest selling price possible for each property owner. Sales were usually converted with Russian or UK investors. The network and database have been bought over by a larger Irish owned Bulgarian property sales business.
