He is licensed and regularly practices in both Ohio and Kentucky. Brian has attained the highest possible peer review rating of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and been recognized as a Super Lawyer for Business & Corporate Law in the Ohio and Kentucky edition.He is Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association's Business Law section and former Chair of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association's Business and Tax Law section.
