On a daily basis my team and I are faced with very dynamic situations. These situations change day to day and hour to hour. We must be able to react appropriately and quickly to provide the best service that is possible. This includes delegating tasks, communicating with customers, working with the team when there is a people shortage and much more. I am.

As the Director of Homecoming I was part of a team that planned and ran Arizona State University's homecoming week. As a team we planned an event for every day of the week that catered to any wear between 300 and 1,500 students. Capping out our week we plan, organize, and manage the Homecoming Parade that has 80+ student floats and brings roughly 70,000 in.

Clients of the FBO count on numerous tasks to be done to make their experience a professional, but welcoming one. Driving clients to their destinations from the FBO and back, safely, refueling airplanes ranging from Piper Cubs to Global Jets, and taking care of fuel farms were done to fill our clients needs.
