Currently managing a team of (12) IT professionals that supports technology throughout the ACMC Healthcare System. Primary support for all clinical, financial & business applications and systems. We also provide all hardware support for end user devices (PCs, laptops, WOWs, printers, tablets, etc.) + supporting our Avaya VoIP phone system. Finally our team supports all data security, firewall, network and cyber throughout the organization. I report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

I managed a Help Desk team of three that provided hardware and software support for all of Eriez USA and Microsoft O365 support to all global subsidiaries. Primary support included laptops, desktops, scanners, printers, desk phones, mobile phones, projectors, licensing, Microsoft applications (Outlook/Email, Office, Teams, OneDrive), Active Directory, security, patch management, break/fix, data cabling, asset/lifecycle management and providing overall customer service to an enterprise organization. Responsible for annual budgeting, IT invoices, renewals and project management for any specific Help Desk or end user project/initiative. Major accomplishments included:o Managed and led a project that migrated approximately (85) PCs/laptops from Microsoft Windows 7 to Windows 10 over a 6 month period.o Our team provided countless hours to provide remote access to many Eriez USA employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic including laptops, headsets, webcams, speakerphones, mobile hotspots and an introduction and support of Microsoft Teams.

Manage and lead a team of (7) that supports all aspects of Technology throughout the entire school district (10 schools and 1 administrative building). Primary responsibilities include Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, servers, storage, email, wireless, network/infrastructure, security, Active Directory, video surveillance and door access controls.

1. Collaborates with the Director of IT, and Technology Services Mgr to develop and ensure compliance with corporate standards and IT methodologies used for application selection, implementation, upgrades, and support.2. Assists the Director of IT in the selection of new applications, acquisition and implementation planning.3. Serves as a project manager for clinically focused technology implementations, upgrades and enhancements.4. Leads multiple interrelated projects concurrently.5. Manages operational tier-3 clinical applications support and maintenance requirements.6. Leads, manages and evaluates IT Nursing and Clinical Analysts in their roles and responsibilities related to the delivery of IT application services.7. Coordinates and engages end-users, impacted department/unit team leaders, as well as participating IS team members, for all applications projects.8. Educates and advises peers and other colleagues on existing application functionality and new functionality available via enhancements.9. Oversees the educational program for all major software applications.10. Oversees all integration / interface development projects enabling applications to share data; as well as ensuring support and maintenance for those interfaces or integration points.11. Plans and implements security measures to safeguard the information in computer files against disclosure, accidental or unauthorized modification or destruction, determining cause of corrupted data files and corrects data integrity if software caused.12. Serves as the IT clinical application liaison for clinicians and physicians applying information technology solutions to business and patient care needs.

I had overall responsibility and accountability for all Technology throughout the entire Crawford Central School District which includes six schools in Meadville, two schools in Cochranton and two administrative buildings in Meadville. Core technologies included networks, infrastructure, LAN/WAN, data security, wireless, Active Directory, storage, Email, disaster recovery, backups, physical and virtual servers, Help Desk, data center/operations, smart boards, projectors, PCs, laptops, MacBooks, iPads and other mobile wireless devices. Other responsibilities with third party vendors include Telecommunications, VoIP, fiber, security and printers/copiers/fax/scanners.In addition to leading and managing our Technology team, I worked closely with the superintendent of CCSD and his entire leadership team. I was responsible for budgets, staff development, project management, attending all Board meetings and providing leadership/vision/direction as it relates to technology for both short term and long term strategic planning. I reported directly to the CEO of Questeq which is based in Corapolis, PA (near the Pittsburgh airport).

Managed a team of (10) to plan, install and support all PCs, laptops, printers, document scanners, barcode scanners and other end user devices at all hospital locations. This included 35+ locations and over 7000 total devices. I also performed an IT project management role for many new projects including construction/expansion projects.Successful Project Highlights** Planning, bidding, ordering, installing and supporting all IT desktop hardware & software at the new 5 story UPMC Hamot Women's Hospital.** UPMC software integration from older, legacy Hamot applications. Newer applications distributed to 3000+ end user clients were Cerner, Epic, EpicCare, Peoplesoft, Outlook/Exchange.** HP Managed Print Services - migration/conversion from multiple, older vendors and manufacturers of printers, copiers, MFPs and fax machine to one single managed HP solution.

 Provided primary LAN & WAN hardware and software support for all Cisco routers and switches including fiber, copper, T1, DS3 and frame relay circuits.  Provided primary support of 100+ Windows and NetWare file servers including knowledge and expertise in server operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and eDirectory/NDS. Provided primary hardware and software support of all scheduled server backups including a successful implementation of backup to disk technology. I successfully co-led a major IT project in 2000-2001 for the migration of a legacy 16 MB Token Ring network to a new Cisco Ethernet network which included a 10 GB backplane, 1 GB to the communication closets and 100 MB to the desktops. This design and implementation also included the first wireless access points and wireless network at Hamot Medical Center.
