Lead a team of eight Logistic Specialists in the proper method of conducting inventory audits in coordination with EY and the NAVSUP IOC team leads. This was inclusive of utilizing various databases multiple Navy publications as references to regulations and procedures. We aided in the processes of cleaning up inventories, improvement of handling NWCF materials, and accountability of materials during the transfer process to military installations and foreign governments•Performed on site physical inspections of inventory as directed by NAVSUP personnel, collected key documentation, information, data, and actions relevant to the execution of the NAVSUP inventory plan; consolidate and deliver individual site inspection results to NAVSUP WSS and Na Ali’i support team.•Identify and document inventory deficiencies while assisting with the testing and the analysis of NWCF inventory control procedures making recommendations for the correction of deficiencies •Assisted in making recommendations to NAVSUP Inventory Operations Center (IOC) personnel on any improvements that could be made to improve inventory management and control practices and aiding in the cleaning up of frustrated materials and previous contract issues that may be still present. •Prepared and completed all required site visit documentation in accordance with applicable DoD guidelines and provided competent and organized reports on the results and finding of each activity to ensure understanding of the results to the site and to be centrally collected, organized and presented to higher Navy and government officials.•Maintained a Secret Security Clearance in the performance of responsibilities and handling of Classified documents, materials and protected processes of various organizations.and clients in regards to results, inventory, contracts, and “Secret” materials and processes of investigated materials onboard military bases, civilian repair facilities and warehouses.

A three-year assignment to NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka with high lights as a lead Instructor of N-ERP, plus directed the operational and administrative requirements of 50 personnel while providing 100% customer satisfaction in Logistics and HAZMAT support for more than 75 military units and tenant commands throughout the Pacific Asian region.

Financially responsible for the accountability of funds and the utilization of budgets for the daily operations of an aircraft carrier during deployment, planning, and rehabilitation maintenance periods. Supervised, trained, and developed over 230 personnel in managing key essential areas with the utmost impact to mission success. As Stock Controls leading manager, oversaw budgets upwards of $160 million dollars annually and was responsible for a $320 million inventory. Oversight of all stock transactions including ordering, processing and expediting of high priority and routine utilized materials. Maintained 100% government compliance of fund accountability and documentation history as reviewed by Congressional audits. Continuously monitored transactions of receipt, issue, surveys, and inventory adjustments and demanded justifications for any disparities. Oversaw over a plethora of financial reports for correctness and obtained pertinent information achieving 100% of TYCOM goals for all four years.

The first ever to be qualified as a Logistics Support Representative (LSR) in Japan and formulated a better program allowing for qualifying and presenting pertinent information. This reduced the process from two months to three weeks saving money for Government travel and Reserve Centers. Qualified 75 active and reserve members in the LSR program over the next three years to enable a seamless replacement during a time of war. Led LSR’s on multiple deployed and home ported team evolutions providing logistics support (to include food, material and mail distribution) plus husbanding services for multiple ships in multiple countries.

Functioned as the residential expert for R-supply as the Functional Area Supervisor expert utilizing the R-Supply database. Generated reports and interpreting them to be presented in briefs and forwarded for accountability purposes. Controlled a budget of $8 million for stock replenishment ensuring proper stock levels and materials where available for operations and deployments. Managed a $120 million-dollar budget for ship operations ensuring full accountability of obligated funds.

Prior Military Training: Results-orientated and experienced manager directing in levels from Assistant Manager to Area Supervisor with over 13 years’ in restaurant management providing mentorship and leadership to create high performance teams to attain organizational objectives with “Outstanding Customer Satisfaction/Relations” and generating outstanding profit margins. This was with four separate companies ranging in Family Style and Fast Food concept restaurants. Spearheaded the formulation and execution of strategic, financial and marketing plans to achieve company goals by conducting area demographics, customer flow surveys and implementing employee incentives to create a more prideful and rewarding work experience. Introduced innovative solutions and strategies to improve deficiencies and creating a more contentious team that understands the impact of their decisions to the business. Also instilled job ownership and rewarding or counseling as necessary. An extensive background in the preparation of budgeting, scheduling, ordering, P&L (Profit and Loss) diagnosis, hiring/firing, inventory, and development of business proposals aiding/creating a stronger bottom line. A diverse history of sales and retail experience with major retailers and distributors is also present.

I would proudly like to mention the fact that I am a former United States Marine even though that fantastic experience gained from the Marine Corps does not correlate to my current resume. - I performed as a Marine Security Guard TDY to the State Department at the above listed countries and had the undeniable privilege to be extended for the needs of the Marine Corps. Typically a posting is established as two embassies, but due to my undeniable outstanding service I was enabled to extend for the needs of the Marine Corps. - Maintained a Top-Secret Security Clearance. - I had the distinct pleasure to work alongside with the United States Secret Service, CIA, and the White House Advance Team during many POTUS and Secretary of State visits for Former President Bill Clinton and Madeleine Albright.
