Provided comprehensive counseling and case management services for Denmark Technical College Workforce Readiness Center (WRC) participants. Provides in-depth interviewing and evaluation to identify employment barriers and appropriate employment goals. In addition to group counseling and career planning to ASSIST Program participants as needed, also administers and interprets comprehensive and specialized assessment including diagnostic (career) testing and other assessments in order to determine skill levels and service need of participants.

Provides detailed and extensive practical aspects of the individual and/or individual practicum guidance experience. Students are charged to complete no more than six taped sessions with an administratively approved client of choice as well a classroom guidance session. Tapes are critiqued and evaluated based upon the CACREP Model of Evaluation and Standards.
