To do this, I am empowered to bring the full power of the EY firm at the right time and place to solve clients’ most complex issues and create value. Better questions, listening and orienting toward client needs in every interaction has served to build trust – a most valued currency. By nature, I am an action-oriented, strategic leader who is committed to driving results and making a long-lasting, positive impact on our clients’ businesses and the community. With over 22 years of experience working with some of the largest, most complex global clients across industries, including over 10 with EY, I have held global, regional and market leadership roles and helped create value for both external and internal stakeholders. When not working, I enjoy volunteering my time to coach youth sports (from baseball to basketball to softball). I find great joy in positively impacting the lives of youth as participation in a variety of competitive sports has had a dramatic impact on me. In line with both my kids and family interests, we actively support animal-oriented causes and we are frequent fosters to rescue dogs. I also am a huge sports fan all around who is passionate about Tar Heel basketball.
