I am an aspiring scientist, with a artistic background and roots. My mother was an artist(painter and jeweler) and teacher, grand parents were chemical scientists and teachers, as well my grand father was a painter, which happens to be my art form of personal choice for myself. I must say it has been an odd journey. especially in school, becoming an artist as a career; to find out that maybe science is what my artistic expression has subtlety been saying all along. I make abstract paintings of fractal geometry, that I mix color theory into. I see it is the space-time fabric teeming with energetic fluctuations as matter interacts and moves through and curves the fabric of space. I began my journey out of high school, entering college to become a professional artist by trade. After 4 years of struggle trying to keep my dream alive. I had to reevaluate my life and what i wanted to do. That is when the pieces started coming together. one: I first started the 4 years at Montco as an art student I took a astronomy class multiply times. (I would fail, then take it again.) extremely hard class, especially for a visual learner such as my artistic self. Perhaps the challenge, or my stubbornness to not give up, inspired me to progress further into the education of science and math. I fully stopped the art degree, continued to inspire my passion for science. and after a few years, im now back in school fully trucking ahead toward, first my associates in physical science. then bachelors, and then masters and onward until the ph.d. focused hopefully in an area of physics called; general relativity and quantum mechanics, molding them together into a unified understanding; (Spacial Relativistic Quantum Mechanics.) After all my entire life, my artistic expression birthed by my family of artists and painters, was as well a family of scientists and teachers. This multi faceted way of viewing reality was inevitably leading me to be a scientist with a visual outlook and analytic mind in my own right. Of course, all the while unknown to me. The rebel artist in me drove me to try and escape the fate that i would one day follow my grand parent's(both Chemists and teachers) foot steps. Now I see my creativity and logic, or as i call it. "right and left brain hemispheres communicating" is a gift. that being, my strongest strength is "visual-critical thinking", some would also call these thought experiments.
