While in Okinawa, I supervised and trained a 24-technician team in the build-up, repair, maintenance, and operational checks of 32 aerial drones while successfully completing the planned production goals. I also designed and implemented numerous training programs which delivered a lower qualifying time while increasing production. I also ensured the safety standards and regulations pertaining to personnel and equipment were strictly followed.I successfully achieved 100% launch and recovery of 37 BQM-74E Drones. I also completed over 42 flight missions with zero complications.

San Diego, Ca

In San Diego I was responsible for monitoring the maintenance functions of 67 technicians while performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations on 12 H-60 helicopters. I was also responsible for 42 Naval Aviation Maintenance programs while serving as the Quality Assurance Supervisor for the maintenance department, and completed other related tasks. I kept strict logs and accurate records for all aircraft and ground support equipment.During this time, I completed over 450 maintenance operations and returned six helicopters to service within a short turnaround. I also achieved an Outstanding grade during a major program inspection during my time as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

As the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt I spearheaded three projects utilizing Total Process Improvement techniques and statistical analysis tools, resulting in streamlined production processes.Through the acquisition and conversion of storage space into usable office space, I yielded a total savings of $6M. I also saved $12M through the development of a Digitization plan for 8M Aperture Cards, and reduced the travel claim payment time from 33 days to 7.
