My big problem is that I have this lifelong compulsion to know a little bit about everything. If I’m selling myself, I guess you could call it curiosity, but it’s closer to the truth to say I’m just a complete media junkie. If you recommend a podcast/movie/book/video game/blog/tech product, I’m 100% going to be compelled to check it out… It’s a blessing and a curse. The one good thing about obsessively consuming all kinds of media on the internet is that it invariably leads to meeting all kinds of people. I love discovering something new and then going down a rabbit hole to find the creator economy behind it. Working with others to enable creators to follow their passion is where the rubber meets the road for me. I’ve been in the podcast industry since 2014 and have been lucky to work with some of the largest podcasters in the world; along the way I’ve had some entrepreneurial success in building networks and technology that services content creators and their communities.With that said, I currently love the work I do for AdLarge Media! We’re working on building a sincerely loved-on and carefully curated roster of podcasts and digital media networks, shows and voices that we think are deserving of the widest circulation and attention. Great shows can come from anywhere, whether it’s industry leading brands or enterprising hobbyists, and the imaginative and forward-thinking team at AdLarge shares my enthusiasm for exploring every nook and cranny of the digital media landscape in an effort to deliver on the simple goal of any content director: to give people the tools they need to make great things.
