I managed an international and multidisciplinary research project focused on intellectual property issues related to cultural heritage of Indigenous communities in Canada, the USA, and other countries. Funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, the eight-year Intellectual Property Issues in Cultural Heritage (IPinCH) project involved a collaboration between scholars and graduate students from a range of disciplines, legal and policy professionals, and leaders and practitioners from Aboriginal communities.
