Leadership over multiple Platform Operations and Implementation teams (50+ FTE) spanning the technical disciplines required to support all of Flexential’s Cloud and Managed Services offerings. The teams encompass Cloud/DRaaS, storage, data protection, operating systems, managed security, and database. In addition to maintaining 99.999% availability, the Platform Operations teams are responsible for the lifecycle and capacity management of these platforms and associated products across all Flexential datacenters and serve as an escalation to our Service Support teams.Provide directional leadership over a roughly $40M capex/opex budget and serve as a key contributor to the Product Development Lifecycle for Cloud and Managed Services.

Responsibility for the Concerto Private Cloud infrastructure and its supporting management systems. With a client base of over 500 customers and 9,000 virtual machines, the Cloud platform boasts greater than 99.99% uptime. Facilitated the collapse of multiple non-collaborative groups into the larger Technical Operations Team that supports all data center and platform engineering aspects to include Compute, Storage, Public/Hybrid Cloud Federation, Security, L2/L3 Networking, and Monitoring.

Technical analysis, cost and effort estimation, platform/system design, architectural fit and compliance, resource schedules, delivery milestones and collaboration with other ministries for our Church Management System as well as the development and support of other church-wide software solutions.Maintain vendor relationships with software development teams to ensure deployment timelines are met. Ministry analytics and dashboard development for executive leadership.

Oversight for special projects and on-boarding for the largest and most complex customers in the Peak 10 portfolio. Specialization and expertise in Cloud (IaaS) and Disaster Recovery (DRaaS) solutions as well as program management and governance for highly visible internal projects. Continuous customer and executive level reporting and accountability on all activities.

Reporting to the VP of Network and Infrastructure. Manage a team of engineers responsible for architecting, administering, and maintaining Peak 10’s Cloud product line, including virtualization, storage, and data protection services. Provide mission critical support and 24/7 uptime for over 2000 customers. Capacity planning and budgeting for all capital expenditures related to the Cloud infrastructure across 25 data centers throughout the southeast United States. Responsible for a capital budget of over $6M. Liaise with the executive team as well as with the product development and sales organizations to ensure departmental alignment.Cisco UCS, EMC VNX, EMC Isilon, EMC VPLEX, VMware ESX

Primary responsibilities include management of all internal IT systems, as well as the technical aspects related to customer implementations of the Sage Software ERP and CRM suite of products.

IT decision maker. Responsible for all aspects of the company's internal systems including email, web, ERP, and business intelligence. Support for multiple global sites.

Responsible for technical sales and post-sales support. Key role in preparation and programming for the company's primary US showroom.
