Led a team of 8 employees and served as the principal liaison officer between the House Armed Services Committee and other House Committees, the White House, and the Navy’s Office of Legislative Affairs. Advised elected officials and senior Navy Officers on Navy policy, legislation, priorities, and acquisition plans. Secured official responses and supplied information in response to congressional inquiries. Expedited emergency dispatches between constituents, elected officials, and the Navy.
