In this role, I lead the Northwest Regional Operations of PestCo Holdings with a focus on team member engagement and continuous improvement.

As part of my role at Pointe Pest Control, I oversaw the founding and startup of Palisade Pest Control from its initial conception through the first year of operation. It was a great opportunity to use my experience and skill set to help build a solid service business and help support such a great local service and sales team.

This was part of my original role at Pointe Pest Control and it involved running project management in various aspects of the direct sales business. It included sales support management, client management, payroll and payroll process improvement. It was a blast to work with so many amazing people.

This position oversaw the operations of Gemtek Pest Control and the Idaho and Utah Gemtek District of Rentokil Steritech. It shared many of the same responsibilities as the CEO position in Gemtek Pest Control. The District Manager position also has direct P&L accountability for the district.

As the CEO of Gemtek Pest control I oversaw all day to day operations, sales and marketing for Gemtek Pest Control and reported regularly to the major company shareholders on the health of the organization. As CEO, I was also directly responsible for the ongoing training of direct reports as well as research and strategic planning for the future of the company.

As the Director of Operations, I oversaw the operational side of the largest pest control company in Idaho. This includes project management, product and process implementation as well as research and development.

Ran the daily deposit, tracked trends in company revenue and production, administered payroll, performed human resources duties, prepared weekly operational/sales reports and reconciled employee credit cards for the largest pest control company in Idaho.

Created the commercial sales department by implementing policies and procedures for commercial accounts. Also created protocols for termite, fly, bird, and mosquito control programs and successfully sold these as well as other commercial pest programs.

Provided excellent customer service through face to face customer contact, treatment of customer's homes, managing a route and fleet vehicle, and working seamlessly office staff and management. Obtained and maintained Idaho State Department of Agriculture licenses in Pesticide Law and Safety, General Pests, Structural Pests, Ornamental Insecticide and Public Health.

Taught an upper level Human Physiology lab and assisted with class tests and occasional lectures.

I attended introductory Biology classes and held weekly tutoring sessions for small groups of college students.
