More than 25 years of quality control/quality assurance experience in environments ranging from small machine shops to large manufacturing facilities that were ISO and/or API certified. 12 years with Packers Plus where I managed up to 3 shifts with 18 direct reports and was responsible for their professional development, reviews, scheduling, time reporting and safety training/equipment.I worked closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics and Safety to ensure our group was highly productive and that our customers received the best service and product possible. I was a member of the manufacturing engineering review team and a member of the Vendor quality review committee.I have developed, maintained and refined inspection processes, non-conformance processes. My department was the first In the company to develop and transition to a paperless process.I also developed programs to assist, audit and approve vendors to be qualified to supply products that are certified to go directly into stock without additional inspection requirements based on past and continued performance.
