This position is much more than an "Assistant" position. At the Region, we help service 88 different branches across the Midwest and looking to grow to over 100 branches in the future. We look to help improve processes and procedures, as well as look into problem areas of our branches. I was the acting Operations Manager for the Branch. My primary function was to oversee our Customer Service Delivery System (CSDS).
