Founded in 1969, RETTEW began as a small, local firm; today, we have a national presence and employ close to 300 professionals across 11 offices. As a 100% ESOP company, we also offer our team members an ownership stake in the business and a culture of empowerment and teamwork. Our expertise is wide and varied: We offer more than 600 engineering, environmental, surveying, planning, safety, and related consulting services in a range of markets. Spanning so many disciplines allows us to connect all the dots, to see how every piece of a project affects the other. This multidiscipline expertise is readily demonstrated through the thousands of projects that RETTEW has successfully completed for private and public clients.I have nearly 30 years of experience serving as principal-in-charge and project manager for private and municipal clients. My experience includes land development, municipal engineering, roadway management, master site planning, zoning, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, utility design and coordination and construction management. I currently serve as Vice President, and I’m responsible for the growth and operations of RETTEW's Region 2 including the Lancaster, Mechanicsburg, Williamsport and Denver, CO offices. We are always looking to identifying areas of expertise that RETTEW will look to develop or acquire to meet present and future needs in a wide variety of markets. I’m responsible for furthering RETTEW’s external collaboration and relationship-building with clients and business partners. We strive to maintain high levels of client contact and identify ways for RETTEW to leverage its resources and strategically broaden its portfolio of services to increase client satisfaction.RETTEW is dedicated to giving back to our communities through professional and public involvement.
