Found and located potential beneficiaries to donate coats to on the west coast. Dealt with hands on communication between beneficiaries and charity via phone calls, emails, and zoom meetings. Reported to the Head of Operations weekly with a progress report on the beneficiaries we had located. Updated an excel document with all my findings to keep track of the beneficiaries and why they were a match.
