Director - Missions Discipleship Training:• Led the OM South Africa Missions Discipleship Training Program, a 5-month missions’ preparation and exposure program, hosting 100-120 international students annually from 15-20 different nationalities.
• Developed and implemented the training curriculum, ensuring high-quality content and impactful learning experiences.
• Supervised a leadership team of 15-20 members, fostering a collaborative environment and providing mentorship to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Partner Ministries Director: • Pioneered and established a new department, developing an effective strategy to ensure the long-term success of Partner Ministries on board the vessel. • Provided strategic leadership for the Partner Ministries division, driving the implementation of key programs such as Local Port Volunteers, Short-Term Exposure Teams, and Recruitment initiatives. • Developed and executed diverse fundraising strategies and activities, enhancing the financial stability of the ministry. • Led Partner and Guest Relations programs, strengthening relationships and fostering greater engagement. • Oversaw the Communications team, ensuring cohesive messaging and promotion of the ministry’s objectives. • Networked with external organizations to establish strategic partnerships, maximizing the ministry’s outreach and impact. • Organized and coordinated various partner events both on board and onshore, raising the profile of the ministry and generating funds for key projects.Logos Hope Executive Leadership Team Member: • Provided overall leadership for the Logos Hope ministry, setting vision and strategic direction for the ship’s operations and ministry goals. • Responsible for the leadership and well-being of a diverse onboard community of approximately 400 members representing 50 different countries.

• Played a pivotal role in launching and pioneering a new ministry initiative in response to the significant impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in South Africa. • Developed a comprehensive training program designed to raise awareness and provide a Biblically-based response to the HIV/AIDS crisis. • Trained and mobilized church leaders and community members, equipping them to effectively address and respond to HIV/AIDS within their local communities.

Public Ministries Director: • Led the Public Ministries department on board the Logos II ship, overseeing a team of 20-30 members. • Planned and managed a wide range of conferences, events, and educational programs, ensuring impactful experiences for participants and visitors. • Provided strategic leadership for the Communications, Public Relations, and Audio-Visual departments, driving effective communication and engagement strategies. • Directed evangelistic and outreach initiatives, including church and prison ministries, creative arts teams, and various onshore events to extend the ministry’s reach. • Planned and coordinated aid and relief initiatives in specific ports, responding to community needs and supporting local efforts. • Organized and managed partner and fundraising events, enhancing donor engagement and securing resources for ministry projects.Logos II Executive Leadership Team Member: • Provided overall leadership for the Logos II ministry, guiding strategic direction and organizational development. • Responsible for the well-being and leadership of a diverse onboard community of approximately 200 members representing 50 different countries.

Planning and managing the visit of the Logos II (OM Ship) to different countries - focus on:• Obtaining all the necessary permissions and endorsements from the National Authorities prior to the arrival of the vessel.• Developing partnership with local churches in order to ensure we can serve them most effectively, and help develop a good follow-up strategy. • Managing all the logistics related to the visit such as transportation, security and crowd management in conjunction with port authorities and shipping agencies.• Acting as the spokesperson for the organization.• Planning and organizing community development activities and cultural programs both onboard the ship as well as onshore.• Negotiating and obtaining corporate sponsorship for the visit.• Liaising with the national media for the coverage and promotion of the event.• Managing the protocol in the official opening ceremonies for the Government Authorities, Diplomatic Corps, Civic Leaders, and Corporate Sponsors.• Providing strategic advice and acting as a consultant to the project teams for the visit of the ship to George Town, Guyana and Cayman Islands.
