Created and reviewed network operations requirements as well as provided input for alternative solutions and proposals for upgrade/enhancements and back-up/recovery requirements.

Developed functional product requirements including the product and the surrounding support requirements for market launch, distribution, and sales, ensuring quality products and improved customer acceptance and satisfaction. Drove the development of the products to meet and exceed customer requirements including maintaining project schedules, milestones, status reports, changes, verification and establishing project priorities.

Lead Electronics and Hardware Systems Technician for the Commander of Fifth Fleet’s mobile C4I units (MAST and MICFAC). Participated in several high level exercises in the Arabian Gulf involving transfer of highly classified and time sensitive data. Additional duties included divisional preventive maintenance supervisor/manager and safety supervisor.
