Customer Service Representative Ii
Current- Leads and is primarily responsible for the moorage office- Audits and reviews accounts- Reviews staffing schedules as needed- Lead and direct daily tasks- Ensures timely review and support for customer credits - Provide training to other staff tenants and customers as needed- Provide and update reports- Submit and follow up with incident reports- Performs dock and inventory walks and safety inspections to include inventory of empty slips for transientassignment and preparation of permanent and transient slip/space records, and checking for necessarymaintenance, for empty slips/spaces, and Port policy compliance and parking- Performs counter sales, to include all aspects of moorage and yard activities.- Performs Port central reception duties such as answering phones, making referrals, taking messages, andproviding information on the marinas and yard and the Port in general.- Performs billing and account maintenance duties such as calculating credits and monthly billing for moorageand yard, Quilcene, airport, and ramp parking, and provides information on rates and services.- Collects moorage electrical system daily reads and prepares monthly billing inputs.- Processes and files moorage agreements. Also keeps files updated with current registration and insurancerequirements.- Provides information on Port policies and helps resolves customer disputes- Promotes, sells, and markets Port through knowledge of Port services and facilities.- Assists with wait lists files, records, and information.- Monitors and enforces moorage environmental and other regulations.- Performs safety and emergency service d
