Worked with the Direct Care Support team where responsibilties include:• Support Cerner EMR platform and solutions based on iBus technology. • Support Core iBus and connected solutions that include, but not limited to; CareAware Capacity Management, Stafflink, RxStation, Connect, MDI, BMDI, VitalsLink, Infusion Management, Fetalink, MyStation, AlertLink and several other.• Querying Cerner CCL to troubleshoot application issues.• Extensive use of Aurea/Sonic Progress MQ technology to troubleshoot core issues. • Troubleshoot SQL and server performance issues on the core RedHat/AIX servers that run Cerner solutions. Reviewing logs using reg expression utilities to review driver/service logs.• Daily exposure to ASG, CTX Portal, Putty, WireShark, Netstat, RoyalTS and Eclipse Memory Analyzer in order to assist and perform Root Cause Analysis. • Use of Oracle Siebel Platform, BMC Remedy, BMC Patrol, iBus Monitoring on daily basis.• Work with Situation Management in outage scenarios, engaging and working with several resources within Cerner and on client side to identify issues and restore functionality on High Severity.• Troubleshoot applications deployed on IBM WebSphere WAS 7.0/8.0• Training incoming associates and build them into self sufficient associates with the ability to work 95% of all incoming issues without assistance• Review incidents for problem management and root cause analysis

Handle day to day activities occurring on the website including, but not limited to: answering customer questions, assisting in expediting purchases and general website maintenance. Perform back end clean up on the main database containing upwards of 12,000 products. Coordinate and launch an email marketing campaign reaching over 33000 people along with analyzing and reporting statistics from email campaigns.

Provide on call service to customers needing assistance from cleaning viruses off their systems to installing software.
