OVERSAW FLOOR OPERATIONS AND MANAGED FIVE DIRECT REPORTS AND 50+ NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES FOR FRESH SAUSAGE CHUB MANUFACTURING. ESTABLISHED PRODUCTION SCHEDULES, DEFINED STAFFING REQUIREMENTS, AND IMPLEMENTED OPTIMIZED PROCEDURES. ESTABLISH OPERATIONAL POLICIES, DEVELOP INITIATIVES TO ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE WHILE IMPLEMENTING PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS TO ENSURE SUPERIOR QUALITY, SAFETY STANDARDS AND ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF MANUFACTURING STANDARDS AND GOALS. MAXIMIZE PRODUCTIVE CAPABILITIES, PROVIDED SUPPORT TO DIRECT REPORTS TO ENSURE THEY COULD EFFECTIVELY MEET THE EXPECTATION AND DEPARTMENT GOALS OF THEIR SPECIFIC AREAS. DIRECT REPORTS 5 PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS, 12 PRODUCTION LEADS, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT, SANITATION DEPARTMENT PLUS 250 + UNION EMPLOYEES. Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of manufacturing goals. Provide support to the sausage production supervisors, Shipping and Receiving department and sanitation supervisors and employees so they could effectively meet the expectations and goals of their specific areas. Interact with Department Supervisors and the Management Team to track root causes of quality issues and help implement corrective and preventative actions. Responsible for planning, forecasting, and purchasing for plant, while maintaining lowest possible cost and highest standard of quality.

DIRECT REPORTS 4 PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS, 4 PRODUCTION LEADS, 54 NON-UNION EMPLOYESS. Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of manufacturing goals. Provide support to the sausage production supervisors so they can effectively meet the expectations and goals of their specific areas. Maximize productive capabilities to achieve customer Satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals. Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement. Provide all reporting supervisors the support and resources in a timely, appropriate manner so that the goals of the department, division, and company can be realized. Develop all reporting supervisors into innovative problem-solvers and members of the Oakland Foods team atmosphere while holding them accountable to department and company objectives. Provide necessary feedback to the Operations Manager, so that departmental expectations are communicated and achieved
