I was responsible for highly automated microprocessor/plc based processing and packaging equipment, operating on a 3-shift cycle.I supervised the maintenance department, consisting of six maintenance technicians, engineering buyer and a utility person.I managed Planned Preventative Maintenance System and was heavily involved in daily production and process engineering problems.I conducted accident and incident investigation, and was responsible for troubleshooting difficult and persistent equipment problems.
