Including equipment, antenna, and cable selections, RF link budget calculations, RF site surveys, and detailed site installation plans.-Lead Product Support Team to solve customer problems and provide pre-sales design and support, including implementation of product support database to record problems and resolutions to ease future support issues.-Developed testing, automation, and user interface tools using the LabView Development Environment to determine range and throughput of wireless access points and bridges to ensure customer quality of wireless (802.11x) products including access points, bridges, and video servers. -Managed quality testing team and IT department which included scheduling, tasking, and evaluation.-Created Emergency Response Kit for the National Guard Bureau consisting of 802.11 Radios, antennas, coaxial cables, mounting masts, quickvstart guides and all necessary equipment need to provide “Last Mile” access to for use in temporary emergency response situations. -Ensured product readiness for a redesigned wireless access point built for MIL-461E, 810F specifications, FCC, and CE Certifications by coordinating lab times to meet customer deadlines, specifying electronic parts, writing test plans, and performing internal tests.
