Utilize JLL work order system to administer maintenance and repair activities and payment, and respond to client requests via the Help Desk system. Supervise a maintenance assistant and a janitorial crew of two who are employed by one of these vendors. Initiated and completed cost savings project which saved $1,600 monthly. Encompassing the retrieval of 86 pallets of material from storage facility then consolidating this material down to 58 pallets to save floor space in storage area on site. Saved over $6K by performing cube re-configurations internally that had previously been contracted-out. Originated and completed new service agreements with 3 new vendors.

Primary duties include the installation, commissioning, and operation of High Vacuum Pumps and Abatement Systems, and the associated electrical and mechanical equipment. Monitoring contracted workers to ensure quality and completeness of installation of new equipment frames, piping, and electrical equipment. Secondary duties include the same as above, but on these systems: Specialty Gas Systems (GSE) including gas cylinder changes, Bulk Chemical Delivery (BCD) including chemical drum and tote changes, and Life Safety Systems (LSS). I have earned expert-level certifications on VSE and Abatement Systems, LSS, and BCD; and maintenance/supervisory-level certification in GSE. Created and put into practice a periodic Safety Audit of our Subfab which includes assigning and monitoring corrective action steps. I created and presented Beginner, Intermediate and Expert level technician training packages and Power Point lecture materials for newly installed or modified equipment to my working group of over 20 people. I worked closely with teammates in Ireland to update all levels of our BCD training materials to meet their country standards. Initiated the use and created the training material for our customers to use the CS eRequest application to schedule work for my team to support Fab activities. Initiated and finished approx. 20 LEAN experiments and improvements since 2008, and participated in many more. I am one of two Subfab Website administrators responsible to ensure the smooth operation and updating of our website programming and documentation. I administrate all 11 of our VSE/Abatement Desktop Procedures to keep them up to date with procedure changes and equipment changes.

Performed duties of Inside Salesman and Pump/Fluid Sealing Specialist in answering the phones; writing orders; researching specialty parts; researching and sizing, then recommending pumps and fluid sealing materials to customers. Worked on numerous projects where quoting contract prices to Government entities was involved in us getting the contract to supply the goods. Promoted to branch Purchasing Agent in approx. 1993 where I managed the $800K to $1M inventory of goods for sale at my branch. I developed and instituted inventory control techniques and ordering strategies which increased annual inventory turns from 2.6 to over 6 in my five years as Purchasing Agent.

I had the opportunity to visit many different countries and interact with people from a multitude of cultures. Managed 25 personnel in the operations, maintenance, and repairs of ships auxiliary and electrical equipment; including material readiness of equipment and spaces, in-rate training, military behavior counseling, and personal issue resolution. Under my leadership, A&E Divisions received outstanding results in Engineering Operational Readiness Examination, with no restrictive findings by the inspectors. Qualified as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) underway and Duty Engineer in port.Leading Petty Officer – Supervised personnel in the operations, maintenance, and repairs of Main Engineroom machinery and all associated systems. This included the material readiness and cleanliness of our assigned spaces. Administered personnel training program. Planned, scheduled, and documented all maintenance activities.
