Responsible for all activities related to maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in the Final Assembly Area. Oversight of daily support activities, Preventive Maintenance Program, Total Productive Maintenance Program, Major Equipment/System Demolition and Installation, Conveyor System Upkeep and Maintenance, Building Facilities, etc.Led a team of 110 skilled trades personnel, supervisors and managers across three shifts.

Responsible for all process engineering activities related to the Final Assembly Area. Products included the Ford Explorer, Sport Trac and Mercury Mountaineer.Led ongoing process engineering projects, surveillance and corrective actions related to final assembly manufacturing.
