Brian is a passionate and visionary business leader who has more than 40 years’ experience in Industrial Construction, Trades Training and Aviation Maintenance. Brian currently functions as President/CEO of a number of related companies that he owns. Brian is known for building relationships with key people and being the catalyst that helps create industry and education affiliations, promoting growth opportunities within the industry. Brian’s career evolved from the trades, working in Aviation Maintenance and as an ‘A’ Level Welder on projects ranging from distribution pipelines to nuclear reactors. For 15 years Brian worked as a welding instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), eventually becoming the Chief Welding Instructor and Industry Services Coordinator. Brian was the CEO and co-founder of Roboweld - Canada’s first high mix, low volume robotic welding company with ‘integrator’ status. Since 2003, Brian has developed a number of new business enterprises that are complimentary in their focus of providing a stronger base of support for client projects in the Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Sectors.In the community, Brian is actively involved in Youth development as the primary financial backer of the UFV Cascades University Baseball team, and The Yard Baseball Academy which focuses on skills development for Minor League Baseball players.
