I started my career in sales in 2007, and after being the leading seller in both stores I worked in I moved up to management in 2009. In my time in store management, I had a lot of success throughout my time with AT&T. These achievements included top 10% sales location monthly, top sales location in all of New England for 2012, and as well as accolades for Customer Experience in each of the stores I managed. I helped 6 employees advance into management through mentoring and training. There were also numerous other sales awards. Currently, I assist multi-dwelling communities with cable and internet related items, as well as handle marketing within the communities that also includes event planning and execution. My goal with Xfinity Communities is to own the neighborhood and drive growth. There are a number of challenges that can present, so being able to have a direct impact at all the communities that make up our neighborhoods vastly improves brand reputation and service quality. I was awarded Elite for 2022, which is an honor given to the top performing employees in their respected field. Only 3% out of over 190,000 employees achieve this. I accomplished these things with hard work of course, but it was also by learning something with every single person I ever worked with, constantly training to increase my knowledge and share it with others, exhibiting a positive attitude to promote a culture that is efficient and fun, and adapting and evolving to conquer new and different challenges each and every day. Those are the things that I think about at the end of my day. I want to win, and I want to be ethical and have fun doing it.
