Made Redundant due to the Carona Virus Situation.• Manage the installation process and ensure all installers are following the correct installation procedures. • Coordinate and manage the NSW/ACT installation schedule and database including liaising with customers, sales staff and all Subcontractors. • Carry out post installation checks and perform practical completion handovers. • Collate, assess and approve all required OHS information as required for each site. • Contact clients leading into the commencement of project to keep informed of start dates. • On difficult sites undertake checking of site set-out. • Take site notes and photos during projects and maintain construction files, including copies of all project correspondence in writing. • Resolve any NCR issues and arrange quick resolution. • Variation Management with client and in coordination with the sales staff. • Respond to playground Audits in conjunction with the sales staff. • Maintain relationships with Subcontractors and constantly assess mid-term requirements of Forpark, ensuring we have resources to cover future work. • Carry out on site repairs and small installations where required. • Assist in identification of potential installation issues and help determine appropriate course of action and resolution of issues. • Other items as determined suitable/relevant by the State Manager.
