• Wrote 40 pages of a manual for properly assembling a customer’s (ASML) precision measuring tool including detailed descriptions and figures
• Designed a subassembly for an integrated circuits customer (ASML) to secure high voltage lines in order to improve the accuracy of a metrology stand used to measure distances within a nanometer
• Worked with customers across multiple industries producing designs, models, or drawings that complied with each company’s standards for the work being done including GD&T and checking tolerance stacks
• Wrote a program in C++ and the NX API which takes a given assembly in NX and exports the newest drawings for every part and subassembly to a single pdf or multiple pdfs saving 4+ hours each time drawings are inspected
• Coordinated the creation and analysis of 3D printed parts for an integrated circuits company (ASML) including multiple iterations and extra tools - Prepared selected models for the for SLA, SLS, FDM and DMLS processes.
