I worked on this project during Stage 3 and was responsible for completing the waterproofing package along with the internal packages for the basement levels. Hale Wharf - Phase 2 of the residential led, mixed use development - currently under construction. I worked on the internal packages during Stage 4. My work here included the drylining, joinery, floor and ceiling packages across all the buildings within phase 2. Submissions Team - I spent 9 months working with the submissions team. During this time I was responsible for running a series of bids for a variety of local and national framework plans. In addition, I was responsible for running a number of bids for limited competitions for commercial clients. Architecture Identity Guidelines - I was part of a team responsible for producing a series of guideline documents for local planning authorities in Saudi Arabia. Each team member was responsible for a specific region of the country. Our work involved a detailed analysis of the vernacular architecture of each region, alongside the production of illustrations, drawings and visualisations of a variety of hypothetical designs, appropriate to that region.Marlborough College - I assisted in a feasibility study for a listed building on the school campus. I was responsible for producing a series of design options and accompanying visualisations to showcase the spatial possibilities of each option.York Central - A feasibility study to optimise the original masterplan which received planning approval in 2019. I was responsible for reviewing the masterplan, and where possible increasing the GEA and residential unit numbers. I assisted in the production of updated visualisations of the masterplan, updated drawing information, a series of interim presentation documents and final presentation document for the client. Colosseum Retail Park Enfield - a mixed-use masterplan comprising over 1800 residential units alongside commercial, retail and community floor space. I worked on this project from design inception through to planning submission, covering Work Stages 0, 1 and 2. I was involved in all aspects of the masterplans design development. I worked closely with the other consultants and client agents over the course of the project and played a key role in preparing the planning submission documents for Enfield Council and the Greater london Authority. I worked on both the detailed and the outline applications. Both submissions were granted planning consent by Enfield Council in September 2020.62 Threadneedle Street - The project involves the refubishment and extension of an existing office building. I joined the project at Work Stage 2 and assisted in preparing the drawing information and the Design and Access statement.
