My mission is to help clients optimize their performance, growth, and value in challenging and competitive markets.Previously, I served as the President and COO of Cescaphe, a high-growth event management brand in Philadelphia, where I partnered with ownership to modernize the organization, lead operational restructuring, and create financial solutions for the business units and real estate LLCs. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I executed survival strategies to sustain the business until reopening in June 2021. Before Cescaphe, I was the COO of Community Recycling, where I organized operations and aligned them with sales and financial strategies. I also have extensive experience in the transportation and internet services sectors, where I led financial strategy development and execution, and raised venture capital.

My current rotation at Cescaphe concluded after over 6 years vs. an initial 2-3 years' estimated timeline. My initial objectives were to assist ownership's need to modernize its organizational processes and systems, lead operational organizational restructure and enhance global finances within their operating business units, real estate LLCs that led to delivering ownership significant enterprise and personal value. This collaborative position was created by ownership to drive all aforementioned goals and strategies prior to the 2-year Covid-19 universal shut down (03/20 to 07/21) in Philadelphia. Most pre-pandemic financial and operational measurable outcomes greatly enhanced and developed an existing viable platform to resume booked 2020 profitable growth or attract outside investment capital. My assignment was radically changed as the Pandemic decimated the hospitality and event industry space. I was requested to assist ownership to enable the enterprise to survive during this unprecedented global crisis until the next phase of growth could be reassessed and deemed sustainable. Through a myriad of financial, legal and operational tactics and strategies the enterprise was able to restart operations June11th of 2021 when Philadelphia lifted all mandates impacting Cescaphe's businesses. Cescaphe, due to its creative and nimble maneuvers has given itself the ability to thrive and return to building new markets and opportunities where so many other businesses in this space have given up due to crushing debt, labor scarcities, and hyperinflation on goods and labor. Although the Covid-19 shutdown was a grueling experience, the lessons learned and the extreme nature of it made for one of my most exciting and rewarding assignments. I am so grateful that the wonderful people and ownership of Cescaphe are now able to once again take control of their great future.
