I oversaw the training of 2,121 sailors through the Navy Personnel Qualification System, optimizing training pipelines, and managing full assessment program responsibilities for 4,863 sailors during enlisted sailor rating examinations.• Contributed to the selection of USS CHAMPION and USS ESSEX for the prestigious Battle E award, signifying exceptional combat readiness and operational effectiveness.• Maintained flawless COMSEC incident record and 100% readiness/accountability for all assets by managing the Electronic Key Management System for confidential assets of USS CHAMPION.• Attained 98% satellite internet uptime, resolved 43 CASREPS, and addressed 326 Helpdesk tickets by leading a team of 14 as Cybersecurity Officer on USS ESSEX and delivering multiple IT programs and projects.

• Led weekly in-person onboarding presentation for all new Cox Hospital staff, earning a 93% positive review score (the highest of all onboarding presenters) from 434 new employee reviews.• Strategized with department leads to develop “Bedside Manner” trainings, resulting in a 11% yearly decrease in patient complaints against hospital staff.
